POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an energetic, hard working person with a passion for great service for our growing call center.
We are a local manufacturer who prides itself on the quality of our products and service to our customers.
This is an inbound & outbound calling position following up on existing database leads to rekindle sales opportunities. This is a full time position. Occasional weekend hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inbound call handling & outbound calling to existing database of interested leads.
- Accurate, timely, and professional written responses to emails and chat conversations.
- Follow script and questionnaire regarding continued interest and quality of experience.
- Provide accurate information and keep detailed notes in SalesForce CRM.
- Administrative duties as directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Basic computer knowledge and skills (including Microsoft Windows).
- Professional demeanor in all written and verbal correspondence.
- CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Call Center Experience preferred.
- Positive and engaging attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to think in a very fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Ability to take constructive criticism is a must.
