Role Description
We are currently recruiting for a TRUE hands on leader to captain our flagship campus. Someone who posses a highly creative skillset and whom has been in a role of a Multi-Unit Executive Chef before, with heavy authentic Italian / Steakhouse experience being preferred. This role will be responsible for 4 concepts (casual -semi formal fine dining / pub / private events / catering)The Martucci Group is seeking a dedicated and innovative Authentic Italian Multi-Unit Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple brands at its Flagship "Campus". This full-time, on-site role is based in East Greenwich, RI, and involves creating seasonal menus, maintaining quality and consistency across diverse establishments, leading kitchen staff, and managing food costs effectively. Other responsibilities include sourcing high-quality ingredients, ensuring kitchen safety and sanitation, and collaborating with the leadership team to enhance the culinary vision. This role provides an equity opportunity, offering candidates the potential to share in the success and growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills including menu planning, recipe development, and high-level cooking expertise
- Expertise in team management, staff training, and fostering a positive kitchen environment
- Experience in multi-unit operations, food cost management, and inventory control
- Knowledge of local sourcing, seasonal menu creation, and regional culinary trends
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership team
- Previous experience in a similar role managing multiple restaurant locations
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Compensation Includes: Competitive base salary of $100,00 - $110,000 plus Management Bonus based on Ops Metrics being achieved, paid time off, Full Health & Dental, Possible Equity Opportunity
