Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency
- Ensure all laundry items are properly sorted, cleaned, pressed or dried, and stored or distributed accordingly
- Assist with dry cleaning services when required, coordinating with external vendors for specialized cleaning needs
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities and storage areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for daily operations
- Follow established procedures for sanitation, safety protocols, and quality control to uphold high standards of service
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, stain removal, and dry cleaning processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
