Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Midtown, NY. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective residents, conducting property tours, collecting applications and supporting documentation and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities include managing lease administration, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries promptly. This role will work closely with the property management team to create a seemless process for the residents. Salary plus bonuses. 5 day schedule -Weekends a must.
Qualifications
NYS Real Estate License
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to manage Lease Administration and knowledge of leasing procedures
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with residents, team members, and prospective tenants
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to handling leases and related tasks
- Prior experience in on site sales or leasing
- Proficiency in relevant software or leasing management tools is advantageous
