What You’ll Do
- Plan & Coordinate: Develop project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and keep everyone on track from kickoff to delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between creative, marketing, development, and client teams—making sure everyone’s in sync and informed.
- Monitor Progress: Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, identifying risks and solving problems before they become roadblocks.
- Client Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Review deliverables to make sure they meet our standards and client goals.
- Process Improvement: Help refine workflows and processes to boost efficiency and teamwork.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5 years of project management experience, ideally in digital marketing or agency settings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (like Basecamp, Asana, Trello, or Monday).
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to stay cool and focused under pressure.
- Bonus: Experience with Agile methodologies or project management certifications.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Salary : $23 - $33
