What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize & Design:Bring ideas to life from concept through execution—translating strategy and messaging into strong, cohesive visual directions.
- Design & Create: Develop eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and more.
- Branding: Help shape and maintain consistent brand identities across all client projects.
- Collaborate:Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
- Iterate & Improve: Take feedback and refine designs to ensure they meet client goals and our high standards.
- Stay Inspired: Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our work fresh and innovative.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma and MailChimp.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including expert UX/UI design examples.
- Understanding of digital and print design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: Bonus: Experience working with motion graphics or video editing skills (additional compensation available for advanced animation expertise).
