What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist position at The Market Team, Northwest Realty Group?
Do you love houses and people? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer's agent to join our team. You will be the buyer's main point of contact with responsibilities that include: arranging showings, scheduling inspections, coordinating closing, etc. This position offers exponential earning and growth opportunities.
Compensation:
$50,000
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
- Prepare buyer representation agreements, show properties, write offers, and review closing statements for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Host open house events to promote listings and meet potential clients
- Engage in ongoing training
- Must be committed to continuous personal and professional improvement
- Search for prospective homebuyers and sellers, providing them with information to make educated decisions regarding their real estate goals
Qualifications:
- Real-estate license or pursuing required
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
