Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and enthusiasm
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with accuracy using proper cashiering techniques
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks during busy periods
Skills
