- Operate the POS system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations.
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays by organizing stock, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are well-stocked and appealing.
- Stock shelves and backroom areas regularly to keep the store organized and inviting for shoppers.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally following proper phone etiquette to assist customers remotely or direct calls appropriately.
- Manage inventory levels through stock counts and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
- Support team supervision by assisting with training new staff or guiding less experienced team members when needed.
