We're looking for an educated, professional and motivated individual with experience in sales and capable of manage phone calls while greeting visitors in a friendly manner. When not connected with a customer, a successful candidate will be responsible for filing and data entry work, such as creating and modifying department records and submitting documents to corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multiple phone lines at once.
- Answer customer and co-worker questions about product, service, and company.
- Solve customer problems to satisfaction.
- Use a computer.
- Manage high volume of people.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
