Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and speed while maintaining our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and stocking as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Ensure consistent portion sizes and presentation
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about cooking
