Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including bed linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums.
- Manage laundry processes by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Follow safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemical agents handling to ensure safe usage and compliance with health regulations.
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment.
- Adhere to hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or bulky laundry items.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to housekeeping needs.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored according to hotel housekeeping standards.
