What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance and Facilities Technician position at The Margaret Murphy Centers for Children?
This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional campus through custodial services, general maintenance, and facility support. Maintenance and Facilities Technician will work closely with the Facilities Manager and assist with repairs, equipment installation and removal, and special projects across all MMCC locations, while following established guidelines that ensure compliance with state regulations.
This position is ideal for a dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining facilities and contributing to a supportive school environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, custodial services, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience performing minor repairs and general maintenance
