WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in the printing or direct mail industry to join our team in Waukesha, WI. In this role, you’ll serve as the key link between clients, sales, production, and vendors—managing estimates, timelines, and projects from start to finish.
This is not a call-center or general customer service position. We need someone who understands print production workflows, job tickets, proofs, and mailing processes, and can confidently coordinate multiple jobs while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Customer Service Representative will encompass a variety of customer service and project manager roles for the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span from client relationship building, account growth and project management. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for cost effective, efficient, and quality production of projects from job entry through final shipping maintaining the company objectives and client expectations.
- Communicate with internal and external customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, etc.
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Provide outstanding customer service through oral and written communications.
- Work with all stakeholders, such as sales representatives, administrative staff, production, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests.
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors and industry experts; maintain knowledge of current and new technologies through publications, training, network opportunities and management staff.
- Recognize and celebrate wins; foster a high-performance environment with a focus on “team”; collaborate effectively with peer group.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors on behalf of the company to obtain competitive pricing and scheduling to meet our customer’s needs.
- Follow and comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous customer service experience in print manufacturing required.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Print/Direct Mail experience preferred.
TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
