Position: Director of Media at Marcus Theatres

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shape Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to boost attendance, maximize sales, and strengthen the Marcus brand across digital, social, and paid media channels.
- Drive Digital Innovation: Oversee weekly digital media campaigns, website, and app optimization to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Lead Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze market trends, competitor data, and campaign performance to optimize ROI, KPIs, and budget management.
- Foster Collaboration: Partner with film, operations, and sales teams to create campaigns that support movie releases, theatre initiatives, and company goals.
- Inspire a Team: Supervise and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Explore new technologies and marketing practices to keep Marcus Theatres at the forefront of the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing, digital/social media, or advertising.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience managing teams and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
- Expertise in online marketing strategies, social media management, and tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor agreements.
- Passion for innovation, adaptability, and thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
