Responsibilities
- Meet with local businesses and understand their marketing needs
- Sell advertising placements for print and digital
- Manage renewals and new clients using a CRM
- Coordinate ad details and deadlines with our production team
- Maintain long-term relationships with advertisers
Skills
- Outgoing and comfortable speaking with business owners in person
- Organized and dependable with excellent follow-up skills
- Sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Must live locally (Marco Island or nearby Naples area)
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation
- Commission-based with a target income range of $20,000–$60,000/year, depending on performance
- Flexible part-time schedule (10–20 hrs/week), local travel required
