Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the closing shift team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently and accurately
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards- Ensure orders are accurate and completed.
- Utilize POS systems such as TOAST (Online ordering)
- Train new staff members on food handling, customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Ensure all health regulations are followed and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen/deli and store environment
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to uphold excellent service standards- Ensure customer service is amazing and all customers are recognized when they approach the deli counter.
- Ensuring products are rotated, fronted and merchandised correctly and that there are no out of stock on the retail shelves in our store or Grab N Go Department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or cafe management in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
- Strong familiarity with POS systems such as Toast/Square
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations; certifications preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Experience with Coffee/Barista and Deli is REQUIRED.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work efficiently during evening hours with flexibility for shift management responsibilities
PAY IS BASED ON KITCHEN and BARISTA EXPEREINCE

40 Hours per Week- Weekends are required.
Schedule:
Monday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
Tuesday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY OFF
Friday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
Sunday 9 am to 5:30 pm

Pay Range- $18-$20/Hour
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
