What You’ll Do:

Financial services organization is growing—and they are looking for a motivated 401(K) Administrator to join their team! If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings
- Prepare fiduciary reviews and conduct fee benchmarking
- Perform investment due diligence and update plan assets/reports
- Process enrollment applications and monitor service requests
- Maintain and update our CRM system
- 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills —both written and verbal
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG programs (a plus!)
