Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Arlington, TX. The Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable advice on fit, style, and product options. Daily responsibilities include assisting with fittings, recommending complete outfits and accessories, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping the sales floor organized, and monitoring inventory levels. The Salesperson will support store events, follow up with customers as appropriate, and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalized assistance.
- Sales, upselling, and product recommendation skills, ideally in apparel, fashion, or retail environments.
- Attention to detail in merchandising, sizing, and presentation, with pride in maintaining a clean and organized store.
