What You’ll Own
Strategic Financial Leadership
Lead all core accounting functions, including billing, AR, AP, cash management, and forecasting. Drive financial clarity across a multi-office organization.
Executive Partnership
Work directly with the CFO and leadership team to provide real-time financial insights that shape decision-making and growth strategy.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Own budgeting and forecasting. Develop models that extend beyond reporting to effectively guide the business forward.
Revenue & Billing Oversight
Oversee legal billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong cash flow performance.
Team Leadership
Develop and mentor an accounting team, creating structure, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Audit & Compliance
Serve as the point of contact for audits and ensure all financial operations meet regulatory and ethical standards.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong command of financial reporting, forecasting, and operational accounting
- QuickBooks experience required
- Experience in law firm accounting, trust accounting, or legal billing systems is a strong advantage
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly
