Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Growth located in Madison, MS. The Vice President of Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading and developing sales and marketing strategies, and overseeing business development initiatives. The role involves strategic planning, managing a high-performance team, and identifying new market opportunities. The Vice President of Growth will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the company's growth objectives are met.

- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills
- Expertise in Strategic Planning and Strategic Thinking
- Proficient in Marketing and Market Analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the personal care or beauty industry is a plus
