Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies to support culinary staff.
- Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with clearing tables.
- Handle food handling responsibilities with care to uphold hygiene standards across all food service activities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean utensils and equipment during busy service periods.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to within the kitchen environment.
Pay: $9.00 - $11.50 per hour
