Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to support smooth service flow.
• Support food service operations by helping with food handling, plating, and presentation under the guidance of kitchen staff.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Support catering events by setting up tables, serving food, and ensuring all guest requests are met with enthusiasm.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service activities and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety to ensure compliance and guest well-being.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing techniques, and food handling practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic understanding of the food industry standards for sanitation and safety regulations.
