Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Management Trust. As a key member of our community association management company, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repair of common area components, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, welding, and concrete repairs.
In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment, paint common areas as directed, and perform minor appliance repairs. You will also maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment, and complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
To succeed in this position, you must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 3-4 years of experience in property maintenance, and strong computer knowledge. You should also possess conflict resolution skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
