Employee Owner Position Purpose
The AP Assistant provides high-level support and service to the AP Specialists. This position is responsible for assisting in all areas of AP including, but not limited to: scanning a high volume of invoices, research, and special projects as assigned by the AP Manager.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform quality work within deadlines under limited supervision
- Interact professionally with the direct team and all levels of our organization
- Coordinate efforts with others and maintain effective communication
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and year-end
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- General Accounting knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline environment while managing multiple-tasks
- Proficient MS Office skills (i.e. Excel), paired with comfort quickly mastering new software programs
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ultimate professionalism, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Be stationary for periods of time
- Relocate up to (25) pounds
- None
- Monday-Friday from approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs
