Licensed Cosmetologist Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services.
• Consult with clients to recommend styles and products that fit their needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
• Promote retail products and educate clients on proper hair care.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive salon environment.
• Stay current on the latest haircutting techniques and men's grooming trends.

Licensed Cosmetologist Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology License (required).
• Previous experience cutting men's hair preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clipper and scissor cutting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
