Shirt Presser / Packer

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Shirt Presser / Packer and material handler, where your attention to detail and dedication will ensure our tshirts are impeccably pressed and neatly packed for our valued customers.

This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction that define our brand. You will be responsible for processing dtf prints, tshirts, pressing dtf prints to t-shirts to achieve professional results and carefully packing the shirts for shipment. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional service every day.

Duties

• Press shirts using professional heat press equipment to achieve a smooth, wrinkle-free finish, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Inspect garments for size, stains, tears, or other defects before pressing and packing.
• Fold and pack shirts in bags carefully.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Handle customer orders accurately, including verifying quantities and special instructions when applicable.
• Assist with sorting and folding tshirts when they arrive.
• Support other team members in the tshirt department.
• Process and sort dtf prints upon arrival.
• cut each transfer and sort by design. bag and label cut transfers to prepare for sale.

Requirements

• Must have reliable vehicle and transportaition.
• Self starter and Must work well independently
• Previous experience not required but desired.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce consistently high-quality results.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact politely with team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while operating heat pressing equipment and performing packing, sorting, cutting and packing tasks.
• Ability to lift boxes with tshirts (weight of boxes vary 2lbs-50 lbs)
• Ability to safely use a step ladder.
• Ability to use scissors safely.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining a sanitary workspace is a plus.

This position is a contractor 1099 position. Will discuss terms, additional details and answer any questions you may have.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
