Location: Hebron, Ohio

Position Summary

The Assistant Clinic Director provides BCBA-level clinical supervision and operational support at Makridis Learning, LLC.. This role includes supervising RBTs, overseeing client programs, conducting assessments, maintaining documentation quality, supporting daily clinic operations, and leading weekly staff training and development meetings. All final clinical, operational, and strategic decisions are made by the Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Support

• Maintain a caseload and provide BCBA supervision.
• Conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and update treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians in clinic and occasional home visits.
• Conduct home visits as needed for caregiver training, treatment fidelity, or environmental program adjustments.
• Monitor data, review documentation, and escalate significant clinical concerns to the Executive Team.

Training & Staff Development

• Lead weekly training and development meetings for RBTs and clinical staff.
• Provide modeling, coaching, and feedback to support staff skill development and treatment fidelity.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented clinic culture.

Operational Support

• Assist with daily workflows, session coverage, and staff coordination.
• Support family communication and occasional community involvement activities.
• Identify operational needs and report them to the Executive Team.

Family Communication & Support

• Communicate with families regarding treatment progress and goals.
• Provide caregiver training in the clinic and during occasional home visits.
• Escalate complex or sensitive family concerns to the Executive Team.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure program implementation aligns with ABA best practices and Makridis Learning, LLC.’s standards.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
• Review documentation and data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support quality improvement initiatives directed by the Executive Team.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing (required).
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience, including supervision of RBTs.
• Experience providing clinic-based ABA services; occasional home-based experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and professional skills.
• Ability to follow Executive Team direction on all clinical and operational matters.
• Ability to plan and facilitate engaging training sessions for staff.

Work Environment

• Primarily in-center, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Occasional local travel for home visits or community involvement.
• Some after-hours meetings or training may occur.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
