Job Summary
We are seeking cooks to become part of a well-rounded, passionate team here at The Majestic. Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate all dishes according to recipes and Chef's standards
- Daily station prep and fabrication
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Support on special functions as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required for smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to meet aesthetic standards
Experience
- 1-2 years of proven fast paced, fine dining/upscale casual restaurant experience
- Deep knowledge of all stations (fry, grill, pasta, etc). Butchering, pastry, and pasta making are a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Advanced skills in knife handling, food presentation, and kitchen equipment operation
