We are hiring for several different positions...hosts, greeters, and security. You’ll be the first point of contact at our front door for our venue on Frenchmen Street, ensuring smooth access management, guest relations, and safety protocols are upheld with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and directions as needed
- Manage access control by verifying guest reservations, memberships, or event tickets.
- Enforce safety protocols by conducting security checks, managing conflict situations with professionalism.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel services, or resort environments is highly preferred
- Experience in food service, customer service, or front desk roles enhances suitability for this position
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrated team leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience door, host, security operations is desirable but not mandatory
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
