We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and help lead our team to success. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service and quality standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
- Manage labor costs and inventory control
- Order and maintain inventory of beer, wine, and liquor
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Support financial performance, including sales growth and cost management
Qualifications:
- 5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience
