We are looking for an Operations Manager Property to join our team!
ROLE OVERVIEW
Operations Manager is a hands-on position, supporting all guest and owner communications, booking and concierge processes, daily support of team members, concierge, property owners, customers, and outside vendors. The position is essential to our business and requires a highly motivated, fast-paced, attentive individual who is eager to learn and fit into the company’s culture and help us deliver 5-star hospitality service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing new contracts for each client booking
- Overseeing booking sheets and PMS (Property management software) throughout the daily operations
- Overseeing performance of Operations Team
- Overseeing daily operations schedule
- Monitoring acquisition of all vendor documents
- Supporting all communications with instant response and delegate tasks within company accordingly
- Supporting accounting team with invoicing, expenses, and deposit returns
- Audition of vendor invoices and credit card statements and ensure all charges are assigned to respective payees
- Overseeing Google drive and CRM folders for our client/vendor profiles
- Management of exclusive property manual owner reports
- Onboarding new properties (exclusive and non-exclusive)
- Assist in reporting transient occupancy taxes
- Work with company owners to implement new operation tools and platforms
- Coordination of incoming payments and payouts to vendors
- Supports company recruiting as well as onboarding needs
- Support of office management and supplies
QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent learning ability, adaptability to company culture, work ethic
- Experience in Operations, Hospitality Management, and/or Short-Term Rentals industry is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- College degree
- Strong sense of urgency in task management and responsive to our customer and properties needs
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days in our office location (9am-5pm)
- Available to work online during off-hours and weekends (6pm-9pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays)
- General understanding of HR rules and guidelines
- Understanding of operations and programs used (PMS & CRM Tools and software)
- Preferred experience with QuickBooks, Google Sheets/Drive, DocuSign, PMS System, CRM, BambooHR, Google G Suite, and Google Calendar
WORK SCHEDULE
The position requires to be available to take on all company tasks with instant response time Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, to work after hours and weekends remotely when workload requires.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$85,000-115,000/year.
Health insurance as well as a vast array of other benefits are available to candidates upon completion of their initial 90-day employment period. The company provides the employee with a vehicle as well as the tools necessary for tasks completion.
Our generous benefits package includes:
- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate of $0.58 per mile driven for approved company business and while traveling on assigned destination.
- Phone and Internet reimbursement: a monthly amount of $35.00 for telephone and internet expenses for company business.
- Review posting bonus: $50.00 for posting 4 or more company reviews;
- Paid sick leave: 6 days at the employee’s regular hourly rate;
- Pre-approved paid holidays.
- Personal bonus paid on a monthly basis, subject to management approval.
- One-week paid vacation days, subject to management approval.
