As we head into our busiest season of the year, we are hiring House Cleaners / Residential Cleaning Team Members to join our team.
About The Job
Cleaning Technicians work as part of a 2–4 person team cleaning residential homes throughout Bergen County.
Our teams follow a structured 22-Step Healthy Touch® Cleaning System, which allows us to clean homes efficiently while delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Each team member is responsible for specific tasks within the home while working collaboratively with teammates.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliances)
- Sanitizing bathrooms
- Dusting furniture and surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Mopping floors
- Making beds and tidying rooms
- Emptying trash
Our team-based system allows cleaners to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep track of mileage for reimbursement purposes and tip earnings as part of your daily routine.
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations; mileage reimbursement provided.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Most days finish between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- No nights
- Opportunity for gaining additional hours on the weekend, if you choose
