JOB PURPOSE:
This manager role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of our pureplay and quick commerce businesses. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end partnership and marketing across major platforms in this space – such as DoorDash, UberEats, and Amazon Fresh.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will take full ownership over the performance of our pureplay and quick commerce business. You will be accountable for the day-to-day partnership, the retail media strategy, and tasked with delivering total channel performance against KPIs like share and underlying sales growth. To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in the digital commerce space, customer relationship management, and a solid understanding of common FMCG industry performance metrics. This manager-level role will have one (1) direct report.

- Full ownership of quick commerce and pureplay platform performance and retail media investments
- Support the JBP negotiations for quick commerce and pureplay partners
- Manage investments across platforms and assess the P&L impacts of your investment strategy
- Craft strategies that not only deliver against brand and retailer strategies and objectives, but also maximize our growth in a rapidly expanding channel
- Update leadership regularly on performance KPIs such as share and underlying sales growth
- Regularly cascade learnings and results across relevant internal stakeholders

Salary : $103,000 - $154,400
