What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal service, and medication (if certified as a Med Tech)
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
• Support a safe and respectful environment for residents and team members

What You Bring:

• Current HHA or PCA certification (required for Caregiver role) — or willingness to complete certification through our program
• A passion for working with seniors and a strong work ethic
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in your role
