Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Charlotte, NC, for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA will provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents, supporting daily living activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, and mobility. The role also involves monitoring residents' health, documenting updates, assisting with medications under supervision, and creating a safe and supportive environment. Collaboration with the care team to maintain the comfort and dignity of residents is central to this role.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification and current state license
- Proficiency in providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ability to monitor and document residents' health and wellness effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for empathetic resident interaction
- Understanding of memory care and dementia care is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented care environment
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and other mobility needs
- CPR and First Aid certification within the past 2 years

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
