Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor and manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
- Manage office operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofing documents, and handling correspondence with attention to detail
- Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, proofreading communications, and maintaining accurate filing systems
- Support office management activities including inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment
- Provide information about insurance products and services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles or administrative support within an office setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, typing accurately, and handling multi-line phone systems
- Must be licensed or willing to get licensed.
