Position Details
We are looking for an ambitious and determined individual to join our growing team as a maintenance assistant. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations by performing routine preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, and troubleshooting issues with equipment.
Requirements
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) strongly preferred
Preferred Skills
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools (requirement)
- General mechanical knowledge, preferably in a manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
- Willingness to learn
