With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, respond to inquiries, and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Your role as a Front Desk Host/Valet is crucial in shaping the overall guest experience, leaving a lasting impression and ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary. Looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule, must be available weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality customer service experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Must possess a clean driving record and pass a records check.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BELLPERSON/VALET
The Bellperson-Valet will assist guests with their luggage and show guests to their room as well as drive and park vehicles in a safe manner as directed by the manager. You will ensure that a great first impression of service is presented to our guests. A presentable appearance as well as a customer service focused demeanor will be essential for this role.

- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
- Previous guest service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma.
- Valid Driver's License.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.
