About the Role:
Our assistant manager position open! This position is fairly new, so there's some flexibility in the role! You have the the option of being a server/bartender hybrid in addition to managing.
Assistant managers will work between one and three managing shifts a week.
Manager days are from 12pm until 9:30pm, with a one hour break in between.
Our FOH keep all their own tips! No tip pool!
Weekly pay every Thursday!
100% OFF shift meal under $40!
Manager pay will be between $16 and $18 dollars an hour depending on experience.
Requirements:
The Madness is looking for Team Members who are FULLY ENGAGED, dedicated to TEAMWORK and come to work every day with a GREAT ATTITUDE.
We are looking for the following:
- Excellent Guest service skills
- Must be available on weekends and holidays. Sundays needed every week.
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to take payment and give change (cash handling)
- Fast and accurate ticket reading ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced, quality driven environment
- Ability to connect with guests
- Ability to learn menu items and specials
- Communicates with team members, management and guests in a positive manner
- (Preferred) At least 1 year of serving experience
- (Preferred) At least 1 year of bartending experience
