Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development at The Madison Melle Agency in New York City. The role requires a hungry, self motivated person who thrives on finding and closing sales deals. Wage is commensurate with performance and is heavily commission incentivized. Role entails leading new business development initiatives, strategic business planning, contract negotiations, sales activities, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
Ideal candidate has worked in the hospitality industry, for Hotels or luxury Real Estate brands or at a similar Agency and understands The Madison Melle Agency's core competencies. A personal rolodex of potential clients is also preferred.
Qualifications
- Aggressive Daily Prospecting, Cold Calling and Virtual Presentations
- Additional Focus on New York City market & International Landscape
- New Business Development and Business Planning skills
