The Mad Apple Burger & Billiard Co. in Appleton, WI is looking for one office assistant to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 3025 W. College Ave. We are hiring an assistant to help with various tasks in our office. Work hours are flexible with a total of 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
- Communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes
- Filing documents
- Assist with creation and maintenance of employee files
- Basic bookkeeping (A/R and A/P) using Quickbooks
- Complete inventory and order supplies
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Previous office experience or training required.
