Summary

We are looking for a full-time shipping and receiving clerk for our inventory control office at our Willoughby, Ohio location. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Receiving product into computer system
- Processing shipping documents
- MTR maintenance and retrieval
- Internal processing of fabrications and hold orders
- Communication with different departments, branches, suppliers and vendors
- Qualified candidates should also possess a positive, highly energetic attitude with excellent communication skills, while projecting professionalism in a fast-pace environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to move or lift up to 10lbs and walk, kneel and crouch
- While industry experience is encouraged, it is not required in order to be successful in this role.
Preferred Experience
- Provide professional customer service to customers
- PVF/Plumbing is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Prophet 21 (operating system)
- Experience using DocuWare (document management system)
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Work Setting
Willoughby, Ohio
Monday - Friday, day shift
OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM
