Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Acworth, GA. The Inside Sales team member will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and prepare accurate quotes for PVF and related products. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, checking pricing and availability, coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, performing follow-up calls and emails, and supporting lead generation efforts within accounts and territories. The Inside Sales professional will also assist with problem resolution, support outside sales representatives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive, knowledgeable service.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop quotes, and support revenue growth.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including responsiveness, follow-through, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of industrial products (PVF, plumbing, hydronics, or related), or the ability and willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Acworth, GA, managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in inside sales, distribution, or industrial/wholesale environments preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or business education is a plus.
