Job Title: Resilience and Prevention Training Instructor
Location: 25 Gibson Street, Watervliet Arsenal, NY (Travel as required)
Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Position Summary:
Responsible for delivering Army-approved Resilience and Unit Prevention Leader (UPL) training across the NYARNG to support soldier wellness and retention objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate certified R2 training sessions and wellness briefings.
Ensure all instruction aligns with Army and National Guard curriculum standards.
Submit completion documentation and attendance to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in accordance with contract timelines.
Security and Access Requirements:
Must possess Army-certified instructor credentials prior to start.
CAC eligibility is required; background investigations must be processed through PSIP and e-QIP.
Must complete AT Level 1, OPSEC, iWATCH, and IA awareness training within 30 days of assignment and annually thereafter.
Responsible for safeguarding PII and complying with all applicable Army information security and installation access protocols.
