Job Title: Automated Unit Vacancy System (AUVS) Manager
Location: 25 Gibson Street, Watervliet Arsenal, NY
Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Position Summary:
Manages and supports the AUVS, the NYARNG's primary lead-tracking and personnel referral system, ensuring secure operation and proper training for end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain AUVS, providing system support to RRBN staff.
Conduct audits and generate monthly system utilization reports.
Train staff and develop user SOPs in line with data integrity and classified handling procedures.
Security and Access Requirements:
Must hold an active Secret clearance supported by The Maasai Group’s cleared facility.
Must qualify for and maintain a CAC through PSIP/e-QIP and DEERS/TASS enrollment.
Completion of Level 1 AT, iWATCH, OPSEC, TARP, and DoD IA training is mandatory.
Must follow strict protocols for COMSEC, information assurance, and PII protection.
System use is governed by Army Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and DoD cybersecurity guidelines.
