We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Services Coordinator to join our enhanced substance use treatment team. This position offers the opportunity to facilitate meaningful change while growing professionally within a supportive and mission-driven organization.
This position is currently part-time (three days per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role as services continue to expand.
The Recovery Services Coordinator provides direct services within The M.E. Green House's enhanced substance use programs, including group facilitation, person-centered treatment planning, care coordination, clinical documentation, and community engagement activities
· Facilitate structured psychoeducational and process groups within the agency's enhanced substance use programs using evidence-based practices.
· Develop, implement, monitor, and revise Person-Centered Treatment Plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.
· Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and modify interventions as clinically indicated.
· Provide psychoeducation related to substance use disorders, relapse prevention, coping skills, and recovery management.
· Coordinate services and facilitate referrals to community resources and supports.
· Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, attendance records, and other required service documentation.
· Maintain compliance with Medicaid requirements, North Carolina service definitions, agency policies, and CARF standards.
· Participate in audits, quality improvement activities, and compliance initiatives as assigned.
· Represent The M.E. Green House professionally within the community to increase awareness of available services.
· Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.
· Participate in outreach activities, educational presentations, networking opportunities, and community events as assigned.
· Attend staff meetings, supervision sessions, and required trainings.
· Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations.
· Applicants must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements under applicable state regulations.
· Qualified candidates may meet QP requirements through a combination of education, experience, and/or approved credentials.
· Experience working with individuals impacted by substance use disorders is preferred.
· Experience facilitating therapeutic or psychoeducational groups is preferred.
· Strong written communication and documentation skills are preferred.
Part-time position, approximately three days per week. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet program needs.
