Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of complex civil litigation, with a focus on cases involving data privacy, product liability, medical malpractice, and toxic exposure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with pleadings and motions, conducting legal and factual research, and reviewing case materials for accuracy and completeness.
