The Luxe Room is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative / Receptionist to join our team. Schedule & Compensation
- Status: Full-time
- Shifts: Primarily 7.5–8 hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 or 6:00 PM)
- Average of 1-2 late evening shift (until 7 PM) per week
- Saturday shifts weekly (4–6 hours each)
- Occasional participation in local marketing events or mission-driven company projects
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage check-out, payments, and patient paperwork
- Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and book appointments using our EMR system
- Proactively optimize the daily schedule to maintain smooth clinic flow
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area and complete opening/closing duties
- Develop a solid understanding of treatments and products (training provided) to educate patients and support sales when appropriate
- Assist with light administrative projects and local marketing events as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year of front-desk, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning booking software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a high-end medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or luxury hospitality setting
- Ability to start soon
