Join our caring, mission-driven team as a Full-Time Dining Services Associate! This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend required.
The Dining Services Associate supports meal preparation, service, and delivery while ensuring excellent customer service, food safety, and a positive dining experience for residents.
What You'll Do as a Dining Services Associate:
- Serve meals and provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare food according to recipes and dietary requirements
- Assist with tray line, dining room service, and meal delivery
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Support residents with menu selections and dietary needs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:What You’ll Need as a Dining Services Associate:
- High School diploma or equivalent or current enrollment in high school.
- At least 1 year experience in hospital, restaurant, or continuing care retirement community (CCRC) preferred.
